Initial Consultation Agreement

This Initial Consultation Agreement is made between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Sudhir Bhanot, RCIC #513250 and the Client.

Consultation Fees & Objectives

The Client consents to pay the fees specified in the booking tool for the chosen online consultation services. The purpose of the consultation is to furnish the RCIC with adequate information to perform a thorough analysis and provide detailed guidance on immigration alternatives, including projected timelines, fees, and expenses.

Client Obligations

The client is required to furnish the RCIC with precise and comprehensive information, along with all essential documents. The client must reveal all pertinent details, regardless of whether they are unfavorable or detrimental, as any omission may influence the guidance provided, nullify this Agreement, or affect the Client's application results or status maintenance.

Guidance & Policy Notifications

The guidance offered by the RCIC is grounded in the existing Canadian immigration laws and policies at the time of the consultation. The RCIC cannot be held accountable for any future alterations in government policies, immigration programs, or application procedures that could affect the Client’s situation.

Outcome Disclaimer

The RCIC will deliver consulting services in accordance with the standards expected of a proficient CICC member. Nevertheless, the RCIC cannot assure that the Client will achieve their objectives related to business, education, employment, or immigration.

Confidentiality

The RCIC is dedicated to maintaining the confidentiality of its Clients. Any information and documents submitted will remain undisclosed to third parties, except to RCIC’s agents and employees, unless prior consent is obtained or if mandated by law.

Governing Laws

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta along with the Federal Laws of Canada.

RCIC Credentials

Sudhir Bhanot, RCIC #513250, holds a position as a member in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) and adheres to its By-Law, Code of Professional Ethics and Regulations.

Client Agreement

By submitting the payment via the booking tool, the Client confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the terms and conditions outlined in this Initial Consultation Agreement.
